Founder of the R-each Method®, Pierre-Yves has 10 years of experience as a manager and trainer in major corporations like Levi Strauss & Co Europe, Sony, Mobistar, Proximus…and 15 years of research in the domain of psychology and coaching. Today, with his specific « act as if » methods, he coaches and support entrepreneurs and organizations to reach their full potential.
Olivier Pailloucq
Trainer - Consultant
Olivier Pailloucq has accompanied dozens of teams and employees as part of Transformation programs at Euroclear and AXA In the last 3 years, he has been roll out lead in the NWoW program at AXA. His vast experience in project management combined with coaching enabled him to manage projects for large companies, first as a research analyst with McKinsey & Co, then as project manager for Euroclear, and AXA.
MICHEL GRISAR
Consultant - Trainer - Coach
Manager for a few years at American Express, Philips and Procter & Gamble, Michel quiclky found that his passion was in the creation and the facilitation of Business Games and Learning Tools. He then created his company Management Learning Systems in 1988 and for the following 25 years worked with teams of Arcelor, The European Parliament, Euroclear, Fortis Bank, GSK, Nike…Passionate by the development of the human potential, Michel is also owner of an MBA and has taught for 10 at Boston University Brussels.
Fabienne Baise

First as a journalist, Fabienne studied and developed high level skills in communication. She worked as a communication officer in an organization that supports young entrepreneurs. Today, she offers her expertise to help people developing better communication skills. Her vision? A world with people that communicate more effectively, more harmoniously. She is trained in coaching and self development tools and continues to study to increase her abilities. Her values? Respect of self and others, harmony, commitment.. Her motto: “Do your best!”

Walter is a business creativity expert and the co founder of the company BEDENK (www.bedenk.be). He stimulates and embed creativity within teams and organisations. As a former designer, communication expert and creative director, Walter has used and experienced applied creativity in many forms. It has also convinced him that creativity is not owned solely by creative people, but that everyone can benefit from developing his or her creativity and deploy it in a professional context.

Christian Vrient is the founder of the company Konki (www.konki.be) that offers tailor-made wellness Team Buildings for corporations that have the well-being of their workforce at heart. Among the activities proposed by Konki, you can find: Yoga, seated massage, Taichichuan, Nordic Walk, Montain Bike…Christian is particularly oriented towards the balance of the mind and the body and invites his corporate clients to recover a sense of “zen attitude” in both their private and professional life.
